How long does it actually take?

Depends on the package. Simple 5-page site? 3-4 weeks. Full e-commerce store? 7-8 weeks. Complex custom platform? 10-16 weeks. We'll give you a detailed timeline upfront.

What if I don't like the design?

That's what revisions are for. Every package includes multiple rounds of changes. We work with you until you're happy with it.

What about domain names?

If you have one, great. If not, we'll help you register one. Domains typically cost $12-20/year and you'll own it directly.

What if I need changes after launch?

Minor tweaks during your support period are included. After that, we offer hourly rates for changes or you can grab a maintenance package that includes monthly update time.

What about SEO?

Every site includes basic SEO (fast loading, mobile-friendly, proper structure, meta tags, sitemap). For ongoing SEO work and content strategy, we offer monthly SEO services.

Do you write the content, or do I have to?

You can write it, or we can write it for you ($99-149/page). Most clients do a mix they write some pages and hire us for the tricky ones.

Can you build an online store?

That's what the Professional Package is for. Full e-commerce with shopping cart, payment processing, inventory management, customer accounts everything you need to sell online.

How much does hosting cost?

Usually $10-30/month for small business sites, $20-100/month for larger sites or online stores. We'll recommend hosting based on your traffic and needs.

Do you offer any guarantees?

We guarantee your site will work properly at launch. If there are technical issues, we fix them. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee during the revision process we keep working until you're happy with the design.

What makes you different from cheap website builders like Wix or Squarespace?

Those platforms are fine for hobby sites or very simple needs. But they're limited, they look like templates, they're not optimized for conversions, and they have monthly fees forever. We build custom sites you own outright, optimized specifically for your business goals.

Can I update it myself, or do I have to call you every time?

You can update it yourself. We build on user-friendly systems and train you how to use them. But if you'd rather not deal with it, our maintenance packages include content updates.

Do you provide hosting?

We don't host directly, but we set everything up with top-tier hosting providers and handle all the technical stuff. You just pay the hosting company directly (usually $10-30/month depending on your needs).

Can you redesign my existing website?

Absolutely. We do tons of redesigns. We'll audit your current site, figure out what's working (and what's not), and rebuild it better. We can even keep your old site running until the new one's ready.

Will my site work on phones?

Every site we build is fully responsive and mobile-optimized. We test on actual devices to make sure it works perfectly everywhere.

What about payment plans?

For larger packages (Business and up), we can do payment plans. Usually 50% to start, 50% at launch, but we're flexible. Just ask.

What if something breaks?

All packages include post-launch support (30-90 days depending on package). After that, our maintenance packages include fixes and technical support. We've also got priority support packages if you want faster response times.

What platforms do you use?

Depends on your needs. WordPress for most business sites, Shopify for e-commerce, Webflow for design-heavy sites, or custom development for unique requirements. We recommend based on what's best for your situation.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and checks. We're flexible.

Can you help with marketing after the site launches?

Yes! We offer monthly SEO, social media management, paid advertising, email marketing, and conversion optimization. Lots of clients start with just the website and add marketing services later.
