Do I have to pay before we even talk?
Nope. We do a free consultation first where we just talk about what you're building and what you need. Zero pressure, zero cost. After that, if it makes sense to work together, we'll figure out which package fits.
How fast can you actually do this?
Usually 2-4 business days from when we start. That includes us designing it, you looking at it, changes, the whole thing. If you're in a rush, we can move faster for an extra fee.
Can I get more changes than what's included?
Yeah, totally. It's $75 for each additional round of revisions. Most people don't need it, but it's there if you do.
What happens if I'm not happy with the final logo design?
We've got a satisfaction guarantee, but honestly, this almost never happens because we're talking throughout the whole process. We're not just throwing designs at you—we're working together to build something you actually want.
Can I see what you've done before?
Of course. Check out our portfolio. We've designed for all kinds of businesses tech companies, restaurants, real estate agents, you name it.
What if I want to change something?
That's what revisions are for. After we show you the first design, you tell us what to adjust different colors, different font, whatever. How many times we do this depends on your package, but honestly, most people are happy after one or two rounds.
What's the deal with all these file formats?
Different files work for different things. JPG and PNG are for your website and social media. EPS and SVG are for printing stuff like business cards or banners. The bigger packages give you more formats so you're covered for anything.
Can I split up the payment?
For the bigger packages, yes. Just ask us and we'll work something out that makes sense for your situation.
What else can you design besides the logo?
Lots of stuff. Business cards, social media graphics, letterhead, complete branding packages basically anything that needs your logo on it. These are add-ons, so they're separate from the logo packages.
Should I worry about trademark stuff?
We do basic checks to make sure we're not accidentally copying someone else's logo. If you want the full legal trademark search, that's $350 extra and we definitely recommend it if you're planning to scale big.
